🦭 Far Cry 5 Controller Not Working

I am just wondering if Far Cry 2 Fortune's Edition GOG.COM version has controller support for a wired Xbox One X Controller in Windows 10? Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated, please. I wouldnt plug the controller in until the game was at the menu There was still no rumble of any kind and I haven't heard of anyone being able to get haptics using a ps5 controller. The Xbox one controller is working perfectly and with no hassle. It has proper rumble in the hand grips and triggers. Launching Steam. Disabling PS Configuration support > Setting > Controller Settings. Restarting Steam and then exiting it. Unfortunately this didn't work for Dualsense (after I got the firmware updated on Pad), however it may be something worth trying as this config seems to be a setting imbedded in the driver even if steam is not running. 1. I know playing a FPS with a controller on PC is blasphemy, but the way the key binds are in this game will make it extremely hard to play. I'm one of the odd ones who use the direction keys to move as opposed to WASD. I decided to try a controller, but for some reason the game won't recognize the controller when every other game I play does(not that many). Not having Far Cry 4 is really infuriating, especially when I can see it working but can't move! There is a workaround that works for some people, but not others- Go into big picture mode, to Far Cry 5's page, then click manage game > controller settings > use steam configuration for non-steam controllers and set it to off. I've tried a few tricks like restarting uPlay, restarting my PC, restarting FC5, unplugging the controller, updating the drivers, plugging the controller in while playing and nothing is working. It's working in other Steam games, it's working in other uPlay games, but it's not working in FC5. I tried reinstalling verify files integ,PC restart. As seen in screenshots the fly is stuck in the air and wont reel in im using xbox controller. Anyone else got this issue it don't seem like it. I found out the problem, it was the trainer im using. So if you cheat in FC5 you may not be able to go fishing theres also the grapple glitch. You must launch the game through Uplay-> Open Uplay->login and go to games then click Farcry 5 and click "A" to launch. 2. Upon launch by clicking "A" steam will prompt and ask for login, just do so and controller will get work fully. 3.Be sure that all boxs are unchecked in steam controller config menu on steam.
