Anyone know how much fluid is left in the system when the light comes on and how long will it last as I don't suppose my local Citroen garage can
SOURCE: oil min. warning comes on, this is just a thought , but i would first replace oil pressure switch as this is cheap start to solving your problem , i wonder if you have caused air leak when chnageing oil sensor in sump by not sealing sump correctly ,? the other thing may be you oil pump is worn causing incorrect oil pressure , which may be reason for your oil problems in the beginning

Ah, 90 = no DPF, so that makes life easier Paul! service.citroen still shows a vac actuator on the turbo on the 90, so it must be variable somehow - perhaps just a waste gate boost controller. Looks to be in a better position (it was the actuator on our turbo - Garrett - which prevented the heat shield being removed with the rad in place).
Unlike some other DPF implementations (the DPF on the Mazda 6 comes to mind) you won't have many issues with the PSA DPF. Unlike many others, the DPF on a C4 is far more tolerant of large amounts of city driving (I know from experience). Just make sure you do the occasional motorway run to regenerate it and you'll be fine.
